The purchase of any travel services offered by O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and the company, and acknowledges your acceptance of the Company’s Terms & Conditions set out herein.
The following Terms & Conditions applies to all bookings made by O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co., who are acting as Agents on behalf of all the suppliers in your booking.

Passenger Agreement With Us
The following Terms & Conditions applies to all bookings made by O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co., who are acting as Agents on behalf of all the suppliers in your booking.

We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access through O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Upon receiving your booking/inquiry request, O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. will start to assist you in creating a pleasant tour/flight itinerary according to your special requirements & interests within 2 to 3 days.
- It is highly recommended that your reservation be made at least 2-4 weeks for local packages and 5-7 weeks for international packages prior to the actual traveling date.
- All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking
- All Reservations are only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed (fully paid) and the tickets/vouchers have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without prior notice.
- Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the said booking. Please take note that O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before the option date.
- Strictly No Cancellation or Amendments upon confirmation of booking (for book and buy category). If booking is amendable, necessary charges may apply.
- We shall not be held liable for any commitment not made by O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co.. Once Tour has commenced, we shall not refund or exchange any unused portion.
- No show or on the spot cancellation on booked dates will render services forfeited and cancellation fees will apply.
- Olazo Santos Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure for any reason, including insufficient demand or force majeure.
- Guests may not be entitled to a refund in case your booking is cancelled for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by natural phenomenon, like typhoon, earthquakes, airline or flight delays/cancelled trip, medical reasons, force majeure and others.
- Our services will include only those indicated in the tour voucher/hotel voucher/flight itinerary/ booking order.
- Room rates are inclusive of Taxes & Service Charge
- All bookings made by O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. are all prepaid.
- A hotel voucher/tour voucher/Flight itinerary will be issued through email, fax or personally upon payment.
Air Arrangements Restrictions
- All airfares are subject to taxes and charges imposed by both government and the airlines.
- Philippine Travel Tax/Terminal fee (if applicable) will be paid in the airport.
- O.M. Wanderlust Travel & Tours Co. is not responsible if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason, or if passenger/s miss the departure flight or connection after airport check in and also for any additional expenses passenger/s may incur prior to joining a trip if passenger/s miss the departure flight or flight connection. and therefore for passenger/s that were denied boarding due to immigration reasons.
- Origin & destination for any confirmed reservation is not amendable.
- For possible airline flight changes, It is the passenger/s responsibility to contact the airline to check if there has been no changes to the time of departure on the airline.
- It is the passenger/s responsibility to comply with the laws, regulations, demands and travel requirements of the intended destinations prior to the travel date to meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any penalties or expenditures incurred as a result of not meeting the requirements will be passenger/s sole responsibility.
- Passenger/s is responsible for complying with the airline’s rules in relation to check-in times, reconfirmation of flights or other matters. We accept no responsibility for any issue arising due to non-compliance with rules set by the airline.
- Legal Guardians, Single parents or either of the parents accompanying the young traveler need to secure the proper documents needed for travel on own arrangement.
Accommodations and Transportation Restrictions
- Check-in times vary worldwide. We cannot control or guarantee check-in times.
- The guest/s will be solely responsible for any incidental charges at the hotel. Also some hotels requires security deposits which are refundable upon check-out and after room inspection.
- In limited cases, guest/s may cancel or change the hotel reservation within the cancellation policy period, but will be charge for the cancellation or change fee. But majority, hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are confirmed, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation.
- Olazo Santos Travel & Tours reserves the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, including alternate hotels for additional departures on the same date, or hotel location changes within or outside itinerary cities, the hotel substituted will be of equivalent or higher quality, when available, to those shown. No refunds are provided for hotel changes; full cancellation penalties as noted above apply.
- If the number of individuals occupying a room changes due to an amendment or cancellation, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
- For Airport-Hotel transfer, NO seat in coach service transfer between 2300 - 0700 hours.
- In the event of flight delay arriving after 2300H, passenger/s are required to make their own way going to hotel.
Passenger Agreement With Us
- We act as disclosed agent for the airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers, and your booking contract is directly with them. Bookings are subject to their terms and conditions and policies and you should read these before proceeding with your booking.
- Our role as Travel Agent is limited to facilitating bookings, arranging tours & payments processed by us rather than by the travel suppliers.
- You must inform Us at the time of booking if you have a medical condition or other condition for which You may require medical assistance or special assistance during embarkation, disembarkation or aboard an aircraft.
- When you first make a payment towards your booking, you represent that you have the authority from all passengers on your booking/s, to accept our Terms and Conditions on their behalf. Parents/Legal guardians accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of their children. Once we have received a payment on a booking, an agreement on these Terms and Conditions becomes effective between all passengers on the booking/s.
- Immediately upon receiving the Travel ticket the Passenger must check the data on the Travel ticket including dates and times of departure and arrival, route, the accuracy of number of passengers, additional add-ons if any, and the fare paid for the Travel ticket. Complaints regarding Travel ticket data and validity of cash transactions that are issued later will be not satisfied.
- When buying Travel ticket, Passenger must submit on the request of the Carrier following minimum required information to Carrier: Passenger’s first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, desired date of travel, place of departure and destination, as well as departure time and please specify any add-ons to be added if any to avoid inconveniences once booking is confirmed.
- As your Travel Agent, we cannot always foresee, assume or anticipate your personal travel needs unless otherwise stated, so make sure to provide all the necessary details and any Special service request such as special meal requirements, seating preferences, purchase of check-in baggages, wheelchairs, and other similar requests to your travel agent before proceeding with your booking. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints arises regarding Travel ticket data and any expenses incurred by the Passenger/s as a result of failure to advise of any special needs/requests at the time of booking.
